Commentary: Culture Matters

All organizations – companies, schools, sports teams – have a culture. The culture of an organization manifests itself in a thousand small ways. For example, one would not expect the cafeteria at Google to be filthy, even though the cleanliness of dishes has nothing to do directly with the power of an internet search engine. Nor would one expect a winning sports organization to treat its fans shabbily.
