Great SuperDraft coverage! The Gbandi Interview cleared some things up that I’d been wondering about. As for the Mock Draft, while I certainly wouldn’t be disappointed if we got Morrison, everything I’ve heard out of the Crew indicates we’re looking for a left midfielder first, before looking for sweeper or goalkeeper coverage. The Crew seem to be pretty high on Daniel Torres, and we’ve also picked up 3 capable defenders in Dunseth, Denton, and McCarty. Again, great job with the coverage in general. Its certainly good to see so many fan-run sites starting to heat up the hot stove talk…

Thanks. I leaned toward giving Crew a defender because of the loss of Bonseu. While the guys you got are solid, there is not a lot of speed there in McCarty and Dunseth…   But you are probably right… There are about 5 teams that could use left sided help. Davis and McGee will be highly sought after (and maybe Bussey he is a lefty too) – ED.
 
 
I have long been a Burn fan, and a frustrated one at that (that’s all of us, right?). Your site has been the only thing to feed my need for juicy Burn info, intelligent discourse, and serious soccer culture. Thank you for putting in all the great work to bring this site together. It really is too bad MLS does such a poor job marketing it’s own products (hello, we’re not all children, really!). If the league is going to survive, it will take places like the 3rd degree, built by the fans and for the fans, to make it happen. From one fan to another…
