3rd Degree Has Joined ESPN
July 8th, 2010 . 3:00 pm . By: Buzz CarrickIf you’re reading this then you have discovered what our countdown was all about. We’ve joined ESPN/Dallas. Over the year’s 3rd Degree has both been independent and part of collectives. Numerous suitors have come along and most of them haven’t been the right match. But when The Worldwide Leader in Sports calls, it’s hard to pass it up. We at 3rd Degree are both excited and nervous about this opportunity. So what’s changing? The look, the headers, the URL a bit, and maybe a couple small things with format and layout. That’s about it really. What’s not changing is the same great coverage from 3rd Degree you’ve always gotten. The kind of coverage that saw us named “the most influential blog in US soccer.” And don’t fear, you’ll always be able to find us at http://www.3rddegree.net/. Hope you enjoy our new home as much we expect to. 7 Comments Comments RSS TrackBack Identifier URI Leave a comment |

Congratulations Buzz! That’s fantastic. So, will this be listed as the FCD blog alongside the Mavs, Stars and Cowboys blogs, or will it be linked to in the name of 3rd degree?
It will be listed on ESPN with Mavs Stars and Cowboys. Your brower should hopefully redirect you there.
Congrats from a non-FCD supporter, but someone who nonetheless has greatly appreciated your work and insight here.
Hope this means you’ll finally get a salary for your work on this site.
Awesome news Buzz!! Congrats! (now are yougetting paid???)
so are we able to comment on the ESPN site or do we still do that here?
why can I still see this?
