3rd Degree

Eric Frimpong

I will let the story speak for itself, but here is a new one on the case of Eric Frimpong.  It’s a stunning piece of work, albeit quite a long one, and throughly research.

It’s well worth the marathon read.

At the very least his trial was horribly handled and he should get a new one.

The series is great and thoroughly details the problems with the judicial process in this case. I saw the story on ESPN a while back and read some other news stories on Eric. The series touches on it, but the other half of this story is about Eric, his journey from Ghana to graduation, what a bright future he had in and outside soccer, and how his faith is helping him get through this nightmare.
