I’m not sure I believe that report from Ives. I think he’s floating the story because he’d like to see DVB back with the Red Bulls.

He’s a little more credible than that JC, geez.

JC I would be suprised by the move but I would also think Buzz or Chamo would have put something to the contray if it were not a possibility. Instead they actually posted the link to the story. Also I am doubting Ives puts his reputation on the line by floating something he would like to see with out something to back it up.

On the Sala article. That was great. I knew he considers himself an Argentian-American now so it was good to see the story developed on how all this came about. With the family and his passion for the league. Also nice to see him throw the Jab at MLS on the player contracts.

If it’s true that VDB is on the trade market, proof once again that SH has no clue what he’s doing. He was FCD’s best player last season, and that includes the Flea. Started every match, held down the left side, created scoring chances for others.

what caught my eye in the DVB article was the potential signing of lee nguyen. i haven’t really heard anything about that from anyone else includng 3rd degree. i know he’s practiced w/ the team of late, but is there any significant movement? he’d be a great add to the team.

a friend of mine knows him, but i think he’s remained quiet about it for now.
