Vancouver has even announced that there NASL team will be based in Edmonton and called the Drillers. Rumor on Montreal is that they will be in Quebec for their non-MLS side. And it is almost certain that those will be run as Reserve sides for their MLS properties. Both Vancouver and Montreal have said they have exactly that plan.
