Thanks for sharing!! You have some GREAT shots! I’m curious — is this your full time profession? Thanks again.

I wish. If I thought I could make a good living taking pictures I would quit my job in a second. Sports photography has been a way for me to combine the two things I love (photography & sports), but for now it is more of a hobby than anything else. Glad you like the pictures.

How true! I also love to take soccer photos and can take some fairly good photos with my D60 and even from the stands during games. But it is all for fun!

Yours are excellent and equal to anything I have seen in the media.

Okay — now I am curious — how did you get press credentials to be down on the field? That is soooo cool! :)

Now that I think about it, maybe I am sort of a professional (although I don’t make much money doing it). I actually shoot a lot of sports for some local websites, so that is what gets me in the door at the games. In addition to FCD I also shoot SMU and have been lucky enough to shoot the Cowboys and I just did a Mavs game last night for another website.

I’d call that being a “pro”! How cool! Of course, if it’s totally fun and a dream job, it won’t be enough from which to earn a living.
