Alex Molano Signs with Dinamo Zagreb

October 4th, 2009 . 11:51 am . By: Buzz Carrick

The former FCD Juniors’ player and US U17 signs in Europe.

Oscar Pareja played a large role in Molano getting into the US u17 team and this should help the player progress farther.  Despite being of Colombian extraction and a US Youth International, Molano apparently has a Croatian grandmother and might be eligible for Croatia some day.

This kid is sick, I’ve watched him grown up since he was a lil toddler and I knew he was going to grow up and make something of himself. His father Willie is a superb coach, I played all my club years with him before i gave up soccer to pursue academic goals in college. I wish the kid the best, keep watching him
