New Hotness

Jeff Cunningham (Matt Visinsky, 3rd Degre)

There have been seen some strange things in MLS over the years but have we ever seen a hot streak like this?  15 16 goals in 12 14 games since Cooper was traded.  Jeff predicted he would score 20 this year, but I don’t think even he meant in half a season.

I’ve always thought he was a great player. His numbers show it… no matter the locker room is… if you want to win… play Jeff Cunningham. If there are locker room issues… or player issues… they will all have to get over it (Jeff included which he has addressed in his move to Dallas) and go for the win. This player can win games given the right support. He knows this too.

I think Jeff is thriving because for the first time in his MLS career, he’s the #1 striker on a team. It suits him well. The proof is (as they say) in the pudding.
