We missed on some, made some mistakes on others (Sanchez) and picked up some decent parts. I expect this process to go on in the offseason, getting rid of some that SH does not feel fit the team and picking up other that he feels do fit. Now do I believe the FO is unaware or uncaring of the feelings of the fan - of course not! But I am sure they feel, and probably correctly so, winning will cure many of the issues fans have and that they have the right plan in place to win and it is starting to show results.
