Interesting news on Lee Nguyen:

http://www.tribalfootball.com/usa-striker-lee-nguyen-wins-arsenal-chance-322291

"US forward Lee Nguyen has confirmed he's to train with Arsenal.

Former PSV Eindhoven prospect Nguyen came to Arsenal's notice after playing for international partners Hoang Anh Gia Lai in Vietnam.

The striker hit nine goals for HAGL and has been invited to train with the Gunners by manager Arsene Wenger."

this article seems more realistic, though:

American-Vietnamese star Lee Nguyen is in London to train with Arsenal.

The former PSV Eindhoven midfielder plays for Vietnam league team Hoang Ahn Gia Lai (HAGL), a club that has a partnership deal with the Premier League giants.

Thailand acting coach Steve Darby told Goal.com that the training is part of the ongoing relationship between the two clubs.

"Lee Nguyễn will train with Arsenal’s B-team,” Darby said.

“This is a part of the cooperation agreement to build a Soccer Academy in Vietnam and advertise HAGL’s name at the Emirates Stadium.

“He will go to London in September and train for a month.”

Thailand striker, and club-mate, Datsakorn Thonglao was also due to head to London but stayed at home to be with his sick child. "

Just a week after looking like he would be playing in Turkey, Heath Pearce is headed to MLS to play for a turkey of a team.

The U.S. national team defender has signed with FC Dallas, which acquired him via the MLS Allocation process. Pearce last played for Hansa Rostock in the German Second Division, but was released during the summer. He appeared to have a deal in place with Bursapor, only to have it fall apart during last-minute negotiations.

i get tired of hearing that we have players out and can't put together the team we want. As if no other club in the league has injury/red card/ etc.. issues. I feel like telling FCD to just shut up and freakin play! ps kevin, my friends brother's mother had her nails done by Lee's mom and she said lee is older and stronger now, and that he can still kick your friends but on the field just like in the CL.... :) hahaha
