Everyone knew sh was not a pro coach, he’s going to have a learning curve just like anyone. He’s a smart guy and given the time he will figure it out. The Hunts will have to stick with an unpopular coach for a couple of years, and the players may have to suffer through it, until he learns the ropes. I think it may take another year or 2 but he will get it right eventually. I just wonder if we’ll have any US players on the team to root for, or if it will be an all-s.american group that he feels comfortable with.

Yes but it does nothing for the team if it isn’t used for 1st rate players either. And a thing about 1st rate players, either foreign or Americans coming home from abroad, they can tell right away whether a coach knows what he is doing or not. Why do you think Pablo and all the other vet players are so unhappy here? SH is not a pro coach, never will be, plainly stated.

Again, “considerable” is a subjective word. How much allocation did the CRapids already have? If their allocation pot was nearly empty, anything would be “considerable”. If I understand correctly FCD, on the other hand, has piles of allocation money. Toja sale, Cooper sale, picked up some in trades. Allocation money does not draw interest sitting in some bank account.
