He is out of action right now with a bad ankle sprain (deja vu 2007), and the earliest he might return to action is September 12th, so, it’s possible. He has been called up for the recent WCQ’s (but didn’t play), so he is definitely on Coach Lara’s list. In fact, he was called up for the friendly against Venzuela in NY, but then he sprained his ankle.

And yes, I’m a total soccer nerd.

    Hi guys,

Just to let you know to be on the lookout for the official afterparty which will follow the Mexico/Columbia- Fc Dallas/NewEngland games on September 30th.

Hopefully you should get a chance to spend time with the players from both matches and discuss the results over a cold cerveza.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
