Cunningham’s Confused

Um, what? There is no August 1st deadline. The transfer window closes August 15th, he wouldn’t mean that anyway as that has nothing to do with a trade window. The trade, discovery, and roster freezes are all on Spetember 15th. So… Anyway Cunningham has some interesting things to say with Cooper leaving and Hyndman has a guicy quote or two as well. Worth a read. Edit: One person who knows something about MLS suggested to me that Cunningham might have a 8/1 guarentee clause. maybe Jeff’s confused with MLB trade deadline being today……wouldnt surprise me.

A) 1 of them was a penalty, no goalkeeper can be blamed for not saving that one.
B) At least 2 of the other 3 were entirely on the defense in general and, more specifically, on Daniel Torre, the man that YOU subbed in.

While Torres got beat, Burse looked pathetic on all 3 of the non PK goals and should have stopped at least one of them.
Sala is a better keeper if he is full strength. Burse is learning, but Sala is the clear #1.
To give Cunningham the benefit of the doubt – he may have been misquoted.
Or just made had a slip of the tongue – it happens to all of us.

I agree with Rex… one win yesterday doesn’t make me a beleiver in SH and I would be more than willing to give SH and RE a push whether the door was open or not! Get a grip SH… Cunningham and Co. played superb despite your coaching! Thanks to the TEAM for a great victory and you SH should be kissing their feet, not stabbing them in the back!
