While he hasn’t done well yet… No. I believe a coach deserves more than one year. Just as Morrow deserved more than he got.

The guy still doesn’t have “his team” on the field, but I’ve questioned several of his coaching decisions despite that.

IMO, the difference is that Morrow learned from his mistakes much, much faster than SH has. Hyndman seems to be too stubborn and arrogant to be able to make the necessary adjustments between games and during games. And he doesn’t seem to take the responsibility for the team’s failures, but rather always puts ALL the blame on the players.

So unless he will change his coaching style and his attitude, I don’t see this team ever becoming a playoff contender, much less championship caliber with SH at the helm.

I also agree with giving a coach more than a year…………..except in this case. IMO, Shellas proved before ever signing on board with FCD that he isn’t capable of MLS coaching. He couldn’t pull the trigger at SMU, why would he be able to here? Also, he’s just too damn stubborn. Damn the torpedos, full speed ahead, it’s his way or the highway….no matter how bad we perform. The man is continually out-coached…just look at what happens at halftime every single game.

He’s a terrible coach.. a year of experience may make him a little better, but this guy doesn’t even have a clue

He has a little over a year now and he only has a hand full of wins

He needs more time.
