		<description>Oscar&#039;s future is here w/ the big guys, (hopefully!) after Schellas finally quits for &#039;family reasons&#039; or some such down the road.  We all know he (Schellas) won&#039;t be fired in our lifetimes.  And most of us would be thrilled to give Oscar a shot, I would think.  

Having said that, Oscar is doing a great job w/ the young guys, and could certainly rise rapidly in the national youth ranks if he chooses to...which would be our loss here.</description>
