		<description>I saw this and was shocked at the amount of evidence in the kids favor. Maybe we are not getting the entire story but from that article points out it is pretty crazy they found him guilty. Hope things work out.</description>

Seriously, an all-white jury in a RAPE case against an immigrant? MAJOR voir dire fail. I&#039;m especially surprised because in most rape cases, rulings fall in favor of the accused. Very, very sad.</description>

How on Earth was a jury persuaded to convict him? I don&#039;t dare speculate on his actual guilt or innocence, but I don&#039;t see how the prosecution managed to get a conviction.</description>
