The guys can't stand SH and are only trying to survive and then get out as quickly as possible. Most of them already had a college coach and don't want another one who's learning on the job. Did SH rush them? If not he should be patient because rushing them seems to make them be out longer in the long term. The team has a unbeaten streak (mostly ties) so not sure what the problem is.
