Many fans and readers of this site appear to have already given up on this season due to the teams very poor start. I however am not one of them. I believe this coach and this team can still turn things around and that the club can and will make the play-offs. Several things have to happen and to happen now to make this optimism a reality.
I am anti Dancers/Cheerleaders in soccer, but I am definitely NOT anti this video.
Why is this man smilling? Maybe it’s the continued reports of a five year plus deal (which 3rd Degree can’t confirm). For better or for worse, he’s gonna be here a while.
Such a nice day today that I broke out the Jeep again. This is the strangest spring, but I do love this cooler weather we’ve had this year. I’d probably trade the nice temps for a FCD winning record though. This is a lot more fun when the Red Stripes are good.
With all the injuries in the FCD Camp Hyndman keeps these two at home.
It looks like Leonel Alvarez is the new coach of D.I.M in Medillen, Colombia.
Political nepotism aside
After a couple weeks of not being able to see the FCD game live due to work, I managed to catch this one in real time. Frankly when the season is this bad it can be hard to find good stuff to say. So in an effort to be more positive I’m flipping the order of these pieces so I can finish with what I did like.
This week marks the one year anniversary of the firing of Steve Morrow after the 5-1 loss to LA Galaxy.
