The FCD media machine has a little bit on the Juniors side.
It’s a dark and foreboding sky today as it looks like it is gonna rain all day. There is a stiff wind from the south in the 20s maybe gusting to the 30s. The weather reflects the mood of the fans I’m sure.
…And yet so, so far to go.
3rd Degree has been able to confirm with our sources that Aaron Pitchkolan is going to be traded to San Jose to make room on the FC Dallas roster for Kyle Davies. Pitchkolan isn’t a surprise trade since he had seen little time with the first team this spring.
In a move that will shock no one who reads this site, FC Dallas has traded for US U20 Captain Kyle Davies. Last week when Davies signed with MLS, 3rd Degree learned about his signing and the forthcoming weighted lottery from FCD sources prior to any MLS announcement. That information was an obvious indication of the Red Stripes interest in the former Southampton player. |
Falling deeper and deeper into the well
Defensive blunders kill. Confusion on the left side of the Dallas’ back four led to a breakaway for Chivas USA against Dario Sala, who’s handling of the ball outside the box earned him the instant red card and cost FC Dallas the match 2-0 Saturday night in Los Angeles.
Look for a lineup that is similar for FC Dallas as last week. That should mean Cooper and Ferreira up front, although newcomer Alvaro Sanchez might fit into Schellas Hyndman’s plans there, as well. Rocha and van den Bergh again on the right and left wings, respectively and McCarty as the attacking mid.
