Hurricane Warning

March 10th, 2009 . 11:34 pm . By: Buzz Carrick

Word on the street is that CAP is bringing their first team to PHP.  Apparently there are no conflicts for them this year and we hear the travel squad for this Saturday’s USA-Brazil Challenges is from the very cream of the Atletico Paranaense squad.

But don’t just take our word for it, the CAP coach even says so to our friends at Furraco.  Loosely translated…

This may be the 1st year that Atletico will have the opportunity to take the main squad. There is a big chance/possibility that we will take the main squad. – Coach Geninho.

The Red Stripes look they are going to have a seriously tall hill to climb if they want to overcome the 4-3 deficit in the second leg.

You want tough games for FCD in the preseason?  You got it.
