Hyndman: FCD Made Offer on a #10

Players materialize with no warning, defensive liabilities get taken care of, disinformation is posted on strange fake websites, squads go off on secret missions to South American locales. No leaks (other than what Buzz can suss out) — those guys at MLS rumo(u)rs have to be annoyed…

If they are talking to a club though, that would typically mean a transfer fee, which FCD have been unwilling to do in the past. So, if they are talking to a club, could it mean that FCD are looking with MLS still?
