Congrats FC Dallas and congrats Peri!!! I thought overall, FC Dallas had one of the better drafts. Shriver can add some offensive punch in a midfield that misses Toja, John could take over as a possible replacement for Davino and Peri can start when either Cooper goes to Europe or Cunningham ages or does the usual sulking
We’re going to need two more strikers minimum. Help CAP, help Rio Plata! HELP!!!
you guys are retarded..having never seen this guy peri play and just assume he is that good…have an objective and honest approach..Shriver did well at the collegiate level but isnt that good…where was he the first 3 years? More foreigners? People in Dallas dont want to see more of them…they want to see a homegrown team with heart…at least the fans will know the players working hard are fighting for them and not the money
I’ve seen him play at Michigan on quite a few occasions and I really like his play. He’s not particularly tall at 5′9″, but he has very good close control. Great right foot. Good vision — he can see plays develope and seams open. He has a knack for drawing multiple defenders to him, then making a quick pass to a teammate who’s been left unmarked. I think he’s got a great upside and I hope he can get worked into the system here.
Am I odd for wanting to nickname him pistol pete?
I’ve watched Peri play for the last couple of years at the University of Michigan and he is an excellent player. His knowledge of the game and awareness on the field is what makes him a dangerous player. You can count on him to confuse defenders and keep possession. Watched him score plenty of pretty goals as well. Good luck in the pros Peri.
