Diego Aparicio reports that FC Dallas is close to signing Cooper. They also have made strong offers to two Brasilian players, a forward and a defender. The forward is a well known player that has been playing in Europe.

    No names. One has to wonder if the Ze Roberto rumor that has been floating around for the last couple of months is true even though he really isn’t a forward nor a defender.
