Okay. I know... they will not sell and I really don't want them too... that was just out of despair. Sorry.

I do miss the Cotton Bowl days... those were some great times... at least on one side of the stadium.

hitch out. he has done/not done his part. time to go in another direction. hyndman and ellinger out but i know that is not going to happen. sell cooper (he deserves good things). secure cunningham for another year. he scores. he has the record. oduro for multiple years. less emphasis on NCAA draft and more in acquiring journey-man players abroad and in USL. keep this group together and let them develop. quit wasting time on college players and go to the USL, Championship, African Leagues, and Caribbean teams to recruit talent that is already up to speed and ready to go. i hate to say it but the hunts might be the problem too. look at the history of hiring and firings despite the gm. there is another side to this story... but if they did sell... FC Dallas will be St. Louis FC or Barca Miami... but that is extreme thinking, right?

All one needs to do to realize that his time is done is watch Sala attempt to come out for a cross. I don't know whether it's vision, confidence, or athleticism, but he doesn't have IT anymore. Which is really too bad, b/c he's an asset to the organization, just maybe not between the pipes anymore.

Nice stadium, a few quirks but every stadium has some, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to walk around the inside of the stadium.

As far as FCD goes, chess pieces can only do what they are capable of doing. I don't blame the players but I think they should be responsible for their actions. I blame every level above the players- the decision makers from the coach to Hitch to the Hunts.

How about a Dutch investment group buy the club and replace the TD, the GM and the coaching staff?!

Ik lust total voetbal!

Sorry to disagree with everyone about Sala. But he needs to go. Yes he had a pretty good run near in Sep and Oct. But IMO, he cost the team major points in the mid season. Wins dropped to draws and draws dropped to losses due to several of his bumbling decisions. FCD simply cannot afford to keep dropping home points in June, July and August. And I believe a big part of that was Sala's "passive" GK game during that stretch.

I realize that's not a popular opinion, but FCD must get past the emotions and make some tough decisions before next season.

Shad...thanks for the comments....but technically their were 6 of us in the RSL Nose Bleed section. Would have been a great game to watch 11v11.

Davino is a freakin $400k traffic cone. He needs an injury settlement in the off season. It should be an interesting break this year...a lot of guys out of contract, 2 coaches that know something about guys under 20 (or u-13 if you count the grandkid), but it takes a lot more than talented college kids to win in this league...we will see.

DJ...glad to know your still alive.

The difference between FCD and the Cubs is at least the Cubs won something in their history...and no I'm not counting the US Open Cup as something.

What is RSL's home record this year? Forget past years. 8 Wins 6 Draws and 1 loss isn't too shabby playing on a crappy field...I was surprised to hear that they were going to go ahead and play at Rio Tinto given the home field success, but obviously the dimensions held up...next year they should use the full width.
