Wow, look at the spin in these headlines. One win plus the right losses next week and we’re in first. Sheesh!
I think the fans should try to keep a level head for the next few games - some tough ones are coming up. I actually liked some of the passing combinations made (though there were not many). Perhaps I just don’t want to be pessimistic anymore.
Way to go moose, welcome to the optimism club (membership is dwindling)! It’s a good, young club, and with the right moves, they could turn this around in dramatic fashion (Unfortunately that require that Buzz was wrong last week).
I think that the writers of these articles go for the cheap headline instead of analyzing what took place in the game. At this point in the season, standings discussions are pretty meaningless especially when you consider that only 5 points separate the top six teams in the conference.
You and Moose are my heroes now. I was not happy but not that depressed after the game yesterday — until I made the mistake of reading the BS Board and the news articles. And then I was totally depressed. But you two have brightened up my day again with words of reason and calmness. Thank you!
Also seems it helps teams to be in a fight when playoff time comes instead of being ahead and trying to turn it on again. A new coach, maybe a trade here or there and a really good aquisition and Dallas could be in good form when it counts. That is my positive spin, I won’t go into the negative.
