Midnight, the minor deficiencies in Cooper’s game at the MLS level get magnified at the US level. He gives up possession just a bit too much and isn’t tactically disciplined enough.

But keep scoring goals and eventually they won’t have any choice but to give him a run.

Now the USsoccer.com site shows Brek Shea on the roster for Barbados. Cooper must be wondering what he did to hack off bradley so much. Now that ManU and the full US team want him might we see Shea actually make the field fora few FCD games?

I just can’t figure what BB has against Kenny . He releases Ching and Donavan and doesn’t call up Cooper. Though when he had Donavan he called up Kenny to let him ride the pine all night.

We have an 8-0 lead, take “gamble”, if that’s what you think it is, on a striker.

Good for Drew. It seemed absurd to have Frankie backing up Cherundolo at this point, even though he’s still in great shape. He’ll be like 53 at the next World Cup…time for fresh talent. Give Drew (and others) a shot.
