A brief history lesson
Hyndman takes advantage of the exhibition to see all of his roster.
I was looking around for the MLS Salaries, thinking I would just look at last year’s numbers as I didn’t think the numbers for 2008 had been leaked yet… when low and behold I come across this page on the MLS Players Union site that lists all the MLS Salaries through June 5th for 2008. So here’s the FC Dallas list.

We reported just over a week ago that an unknown team had a $1 million (us) offer turned down for FC Dallas striker Kenny Cooper. We have now learned through our sources that the club in question was Rosenborg BK. Rosenborg chief scout Stig Torbjornsen was one of several scouts in town the last few weeks to watch Cooper and Brek Shea and while we spotted Torbjornsen at the Dallas game against Chicago we were unable to confirm Rosenborg’s was the bidding team until this weekend.

FC Dallas took to the road Thursday night for an encounter with in-state rivals Houston Dynamo. The second match of the Schellas Hyndman era looked very much like the first, at least in the opening 45 minutes. But Kenny Cooper’s equalizer in the second half gave Dallas a crucial point and ownership of “El Capitán” for a year.
Houston and Dallas share the points for the 3rd time this season
