It's possible that Toja is still upset about his contract situation although Riccetti seems to have got over it.

what is going on with Toja? He is not playing at all how he can play. He is nonexistant in the game and is playing like he doesnt care. What is going on ? Is it injury , fitness or something else? We all know he can play so why isnt he?

Is it too early for Shea to get some solid minutes? Blake has seemed a little shaky since NE.

*Defender-midfielder Carey Talley is headed to his fifth MLS club in 11 seasons, traded from RSL to Chivas USA for a conditional draft pick in 2010 or 2011.

Time to cut out all the bull shit. Possesion is wonderful, however we need to pass the ball to score, in the mid field 3rd. ( early ) Our mids go, dribble, dribble, dribble may be pass. Meanwhile Alvarez and Cooper are making these slashing runs. IF THE BALL IS NOT PLAYED AT THE RIGHT TIME. THEY ARE FOR SURE GOING TO BE OFF SIDE. Come on Steve, you came from Arsenal. Watch the runs Henry made for the mids. We can blame Alvarez and Cooper all we want. Lets practice these balls played to the forwards in practice. ONE TOUCH, TWO TOUCH PLAY IT. Drew and Adrian are the only players to recognize this. Possesion is wonderful. If we do not pass the ball at right time what do we have. I believe It is no goals and a 0-0 tie. We need someone who can play the ball early to our forwards.

I don't have any inside information about the lineup, I just think that for this game, Morrow will keep the 3-5-2 with Wagner in the lineup. I think he will want to keep a defensive look in this game.

As for the Talley/Kovalenko ratings, I went back and forth on them quite a bit. That is a lot of the reason I don't have an "average" rating, because I don't want to cop out, it forces me to make a decision.

Kovalenko played pretty well last week, but he is the one that committed the foul for the Beckham free kick. He also has a tendancy to get caught up when he plays the holding spot.

The reason Talley starts over Kovalennko, IMHO, is that he keeps his position better and doesn't commit as many fouls in dangerous positions. And he fills that role pretty well for their team.

I see you have a different line up than Buzz and your player evaluations are a bit off. Talley above average is one yof our really funny ones while Dema is below...thanks for keeping things light and not too technical.
