Hey I’m with Steve this really feels like a loss. The defense is broken or we would have 6 points now and it doesn’t look like Davino is the answer. I would rather see Pitch in the middle at least he wins head balls and can certainly out run Davino (my grandmother can do that though).
you had 2 months of preseason to get most of the kinks worked out. maybe that should tell you not to scrimmage college treams to prepare for the season, b/c it looks like they’re playing like a college team. this team has NO FUNDAMENTALS.
Headline from LA Times article pretty much says it: “Greed dooms FC Dallas in the end.”
And, just to drive the point home, immediately following comes this: “Instead of holding onto ball and letting time expire against Houston Dynamo on Sunday, Dallas greenhorns tried to add goal. Houston inevitably gained possession and scored, resulting in 3-3 tie.”

Defense certainly gave up a couple of gifts – and Cameron’s goal has to be included in that, despite how well he hit that toe-poke – but if either Oduro or Ricardinho had done the right thing when they had the chance, giving up 3 goals could have been forgiven (to a point) if they had scored 4 or 5.
Better hope they learn from that.
