FCD News Recap
March 6th, 2008 . 5:07 am . By: Chamo JonesIt appears that the Navia talks have broken down. He had not played the last couple of games for Racing. In fact he wasn’t even included in the roster of available players for their last match against Newell’s. However, Navia has been included in the roster for their upcoming match against San Lorenzo. This can be interpreted as Navia and/or Racing not being worried about an injury making any jump to MLS negotiations moot.Reinaldo Navia fue citado en Racing para choque con San Lorenzo – El Clarin From the land of Sergio MendesFC Dallas ready for ‘high point’ – DMN – Diego Aparicio Meet LamboLambo seizes opportunity with both hands – MLSnet.com – Steve Hunt The Galaxy FCD exhibition match will truly be an exhibition from Beckham’s perspectiveBeckham ‘likely to win 100th cap’ – BBC Sport Let the knee jerk reaction beginRuiz’s three goals lead Galaxy to victory in China – LA Times – Grahame L Jones En españolEncuentro clave para el FCD – Al Dia – Diego Aparicio SueñoReafirma su pasión – Al Dia – Diego Aparicio 5 Comments Comments RSS TrackBack Identifier URI Leave a comment |

Chamo,
Any word as to why the “negotiations” brokedown? Is it Ca$h?
Balonpie,
negotiation breakdown has not been reported in Argentina. I’m just trying to read the tea leaves.
Just trying to read the tea leaves, yet the title to your posting is “ALL SINGS point to…..” Come on, Chamo…..it’s, at best, one sign, and only if you believe that the reason he wasn’t playing in the first place was because of the pending deal with FCD, and we don’t even know that for sure.
I hope Chamo’s tea leaves are correct. Navia does not do it for me. Especially if were talking DP money. I would rather roll with Coop, Thompson, Bird Man and Lil Ricky until the Summer Transfer Window and then see who we can get out out Europe.
texgator,
don’t get twisted. The headline is simply is written to entice the readers to click on through to the blog entry.
Besides, when all we have is one sign; then it constitutes “all” signs.
