The blog says that Mina will not be back with FCD as negotiations at the legue level broke down and his agents siad that he will play someplace else.
Hitch and Steve trying to low ball another player so it’s goodbye to our most dynamic striker. Soon I hope we will be saying bye-bye to Hitch and Steve.
Our most dynamic striker who hasn’t played a meaningful minute in 2 years. And who is no guarantee to ever regain form.
Best of luck Bob…you need to contact lax. He’ll get you a DP somewhere.
Once again, I’m totally amazed by the void that exists between most MLS teams and the league office. Did Hitch/Steve really have *no* idea that the agreement would fall apart with the league office? Frankly, I blame the Sons of Ben: the MLS Philly announcement must have kept the league busy on Thurs and Fri.
Sometimes things DON”T work out for not so obvious reasons. Roberto has shown flashes, but nothing so compelling so far to suggest that soccer is dead in North Texas if he isn’t signed. He has always been a work in progress, not at all a proven striker. We have tons of other options.
Not at all worried.
