If Mina is re-signed what are the clubs options as far as cutting him, trading him, and the associated salary cap implications?  The reason I ask is Mina is coming back from a long layoff and has a history of fitness problems.  I would hate to be forced to waste an international roster spot and cap space for some or all of the season if Mina comes in out of shape.</description>
