why not move toja at CAM and artie up top w/ kenny coop. then, you could put pablo or adrian w/ rocha since the dude sounds like he could do it all (as a linking and defensive mid). then, you have a nice competition at the left CB spot w/ the chilean-austrian-iranian w/ 7 names, sam stockley, bob malcolm.

dark horse surprise: lil ricky up top w/ kenny.

from the looks of it, the lineup doesn't look so bad now. i always felt like we had talent, but maybe they weren't at their optimal positions. now, w/ dax at the wing, we should be able to cross much better. w/ artie up top, we would have more speed, quickness and 1v1 ability. let's get started!

First, Buzz, your coachspeak translations are hilarious, especially the one where SM gave a one-word answer and you reversed roles.

The FCD 11 as I currently see it:
Burse
Moor -- Davino -- Serioux
Rocha -- Toja
McCarty -- Wagner
Alvarez
Cooper -- Mina or new signing

First, no matter what anyone says, center back is Serioux's best position. His touch isn't quite good enough for DM.

Steve has said he's open to either 4-4-2 or 3-5-2. When a coach says that, you can bank on the newer one, so 3-5-2.

In a 3-5-2 he has said Wagner would more likely be at left mid. McCarty is rockin' and Steve has hinted that he should be pushed forward, probably on the right. Steve has said he is not looking for another AM, so that pushes Alvarez into the middle. That leaves Tohair and Rocha to patrol the center. Cooper in front with -- and here's my long shot -- Mina.

How you like me so far? Of course I'm just a DC fan, so this is just an educated guess. Correct me where you see fit.

no buzz, i wasnt really taking a shot at Drew. I like him as a player, but he was shite last night. he wasnt that great in the Copa either.

but I'm a big fan of his play in MLS. I think he's one of the better defenders around.

Nathan, He will mostly play in the midfield for Dallas.

TT, I guess Copa America was nothing.

Cool, thanks. Where do you think we will play him (in terms of position).. it sounds like he could play anywhere.

DMN, nothing on Gbandi other than FCD is going to do the deal, which we knew. We're just waiting to hear it's done.

Nathan, it's not done, I just felt it was close enough to put him on there. Since it's the partner club and he's coming up here basically to do the deal.
