I can’t remember where I read it, but early in the season one of the players was talking about a superstition that babies bring championships.

If that turns out to be true, I’m nominating Baby Rhine and Baby Sala for MVP.

Good stuff DJ. DeRo did get a shot on goal early in the first half when he had a 1-v-1 with Sala. Sala shut him down.

But I agree about Rhine. A fantastic effort. Gbandi, Goodson and Moor, too. The final five deserve all credit for this win.

If he’s shooting “fireballs from his…” he should probably get a cream or an antibiotic for that. An inherint risk to the “make-a-baby-make-a-cup-final” theory, apparently….
