I did confirm with my league source that they are the 08 version of Houston’s kits as well. To my eye they don’t appear to have changed much from the 07 versions. ha… i think those are some of the better in the league, don’t let a rivalry get into the way of your opinion. Very simple
i think the colors ruin it for me. Orange and sky blue what were they thinking.
The swishy stripe on their current jersey is white and goes to the left if you’re looking at the front. So they’ve flipped the swishy and made it baby blue so they can have a color in common with Colorado.
Oh sorry forgot about the jersey with the stolen sombrero on the front. Swishies are the same from when they made the change to the new sponsor.
I dig the simplicity.
i think i remember hearing that those are the space shuttle colors. but houston has trouble getting the space shuttles right too.
-”Space City Blue”. It’s a throwback to the Oilers.
-The swirl is the same.
-The significant new addition: the star above our logo.
In all honesty it’s not my favorite jersey in the league, although I’d venture to say that we have the best away with the white and space city blue swirl.
