DJ, regarding the humidity — just consider yourself fortunate that Tampa and Miami doesn’t have MLS anymore.

I love my Inferno brethren, but watching the FCD fans wilt all around me on a beautiful spring afternoon was mildly amusing to my Florida self.

I stand corrected; that’s pretty hard-core. I’ve driven to Chicago, and Denver for the playoffs, but Houston to DC . . . that’s quite a hike. Bravo.

I give it to you about the heat
but not about being the best fan.

Houston Fans (specifically EL BATALLON members which you know you love) made the drive non-stop all the way to DC for the previous game.
Left on Friday after work just to make to the match on Saturday. Then drove back all day Sunday to be back in time for work on Monday.

Good thing they had a week to rest and be able to come out and see Houston beat the so called number one team in the conference right now. Which in fact is mainly due to having played more games.
